I was very excited to have the opportunity to review the Loop-2-Loop belt. Ethan’s tall and skinny. Skinny to the point that he could still wear 18 month pants (at two and a half years old) if it wasn’t for them being 3-4 inches too short. Needless to say, we needed to find something that worked for him. I’ve tried regular belts for children in the past and they didn’t do the job and in all honesty, the thought of a regular belt being within reach of my son scares me. Yeah, I’m a little “on edge” about some things.
Loop-2-Loop is an adjustable belt that goes through the belt loops and attaches to the two front loops of the pants with snaps. It comes in two different sizes: size A for waists that are 16”-21” and size B that is made for waists 20”-25”. It really is simple to use. I find it easier to put Loop-2-Loop in the pants before I try putting them on Ethan. Once the pants are on I can adjust the band in the back so Ethan’s pants stay up. And with nine different colors available, you’ll find something to go with any outfit.
What’s even better about Loop-2-Loop is that it’s great for kids who are potty training. Since the Loop-2-Loop is buckle-free, you don’t have to worry about undoing a belt before any accidents happen.
I received a size A in the Safari Tan color. We’ve been using the Loop-2-Loop for a few months now and it has grown with him. I haven’t had any problems with this belt whatsoever. No more droopy drawers on our little guy. It really does work! I didn’t notice any gapping in the pants as long as they weren’t three sizes too big. And, we even leave the belt on his pants when they go in the washing machine and it comes out looking brand new.
All in all, I have been extremely please with the Loop-2-Loop in the three months we’ve been using it. It’s great that this product has grown with Ethan and he’s now able to wear pants that are long enough for him without needing to pull them up every few minutes. At just $10, we will definitely be purchasing another Loop-2-Loop when this one no longer fits him.

Loop-2-Loop : The Buckle Free Belt 4 Kids!

Over a year ago I reviewed a belt off ETSY. This belt attracted me because my son (who at the time was under 2) was potty trained... yet because of his age his waist was SO TINY I could not keep pants on him. Most "typical" belts I found were to bulky or big for him at this point.

This belt allowed for easy access to take him potty without unbuckling anything!

I fell in love with the style of these belts and can honestly say I still use the same belts from Nov. 2008 today... and since then have acquired 3 more!

Both my boys use them. Caleb is 5 and Taite is now 3.

With a wide variety in of colors for both boy/girl you will have no trouble finding a belt to fit your kids wardrobe. I recommend getting at least TWO. One in a neutral and then one in a fun pop of color.

We the people agree...if your kiddos pants are falling down, you need to get a Loop 2 Loop. Slide it through the belt loops of any pants and snap it to the 2 front loops for a snug fit without the use of a buckle. Great for tots in basic training. Note: Free Shipping thru 7/20/09.

A busy day

I know we will always have the issue of pants not fitting due to the boys being so tall & skinny. But these belts are awesome! Grant has no trouble going potty since the belts aren't in the way. I've never found belts to actually fit the boys, but now I have some!! Thanks Anna!

Check out MomDot.com

MomDot:Where the Blogging Moms Go

I want to say "Thank you!" to Victoria at MomDot.com for listing Loop-2-Loop(TM) belts as No. 7 on her list of "15 pretty cool and nifty products that you really should check out. And if you like them…buy them! I assure you they are all really cool."
"7.) Loop-2-Loop: Ellie (my daughter in case you missed it) is potty trained and in panties…which means she has plumber’s crack like nobody’s business, so she needed a belt that would hold her pants up, but let her take them off by herself. The Loop-2-Loop is probably the neatest belt I have ever seen. Go check it out!"
